Jason Belle, Superintendent of the West Hempstead Water District and Member Representative of Long Island Commission for Aquifer Protection (LICAP) delivered a presentation at the February 2026 meeting of the Nassau Suffolk Water Commissioners’ Association (NSWCA), held at Palmer’s American Grille.
